To enquire about any original work of art or service on the Warrandyte Artists website, send an Expression of Interest by Email for a quick response. The website contains considerable material on its artists and their works but we will endeavour to answer any additional questions you may have.

In-home Art Inspection
|
For your convenience, works can be brought to your home or office for a private inspection. A basic service fee of $50 applies, deducted from the invoice price where purchase proceeds or otherwise invoiced.

Take your time. Warrandyte Artists Fine Art Gallery has been established to make acquiring artworks an informed, enjoyable and easy process for buyers and collectors. We aim to ensure that when you make a decision to buy, you do so equipped with knowledge on the artist’s portfolio, styles and history together with any information you seek, such as background to the work's development, the inspiration, location, and materials. In this way satisfaction will be guaranteed. We cannot provide refunds on sighted paintings, once purchased.

Limited Edition Prints Available
|
Selected artists offer limited edition (ten only) archive quality prints. Prices are available on application.

Prices Explained
|
Prices quoted are specific to a particular artwork. Price will include the frame only where it is stated that the painting is framed. Prices include Australian Goods and Services Tax.
Prices are not negotiable. All sales of gallery artworks are conducted through the alternative available channels on the Contact Us Page. No direct price negotiation is available with the artist.

Framing can be advised upon and arranged on all artworks not currently framed.

Payment Methods
|
Within Australia, preferred payment for artworks is by internet transfer the details of which are provided at purchase.
|
Other payment methods include cheque (requires clearance prior to shipment) and money order, either made out to Warrandyte Artists.
Overseas purchasers please use Paypal, payment details for which will be provided on request by email.

How the Online Purchase Process Works
|
A few easy steps
|
1. Following contact with Warrandyte Artists management and the provision of any further information required, buyers may choose to buy without actual inspection or they may choose to view the work at a mutually convenient time and place (see 4. below).
2. When the decision to buy is made, payment is made by any of the options stated above in 'Payment Methods'.
3. Delivery by courier will proceed as soon as possible, not later than one week, unless as discussed and agreed. Contact will be made to ensure delivery at a specific time to suit the buyer.
4. In home inspection can be provided at no obligation, for a call-out fee of $60. Paintings cannot be actually hung in situ for inspection purposes only.
5. Should a buyer choose to forgo pre-purchase inspection, or be unable to inspect before purchase no responsibility is taken by Warrandyte Artists in the event of later dissatisfaction with a purchase.

Shipping Details
|
Shipping costs are additional to purchase price. For local buyers, artworks can be collected from Warrandyte by arrangement. (Warrandyte is located 35 minutes drive north-east of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.)
All artworks shipped are insured by Warrandyte Artists. Delivery costs and details will be provided on application, depending on destination.
